The standard system consists of one or more Hauler Access Stations and management software. PortALogic is flexible allowing you to select from multiple Hauler Access Station models that incorporate different access technologies. It easily adapts to existing equipment and has proven to generate more revenue.

Improve Station Security

PortALogic provides a secure way to dispense water to trucks. Haulers access the Bulk Water Fill Station using a reloadable swipe card and PIN number. PortALogic controls access to gates, equipment, valves, and other associated instrumentation. Only permitted haulers in good standing can use the station.

Automate Record Keeping & Billing

Detailed information about each haul is captured by PortALogic and stored in a secure database that can be viewed on an administrator's PC in real-time. The administrator knows what truck is using the station and when. After the water is dispensed and the transaction is complete, details about the haul are printed on the hauler receipt at the Bulk Water Fill Station.

Information Collected Includes:

• Name of Hauler, Company, and Truck Number
• Volume of Water Dispensed
• Rate and Total Cost of Haul
• Receipt Number
• Sampling Information (if applicable)
• Alarms Triggered, if any
