EleMech, Inc. first created a control system for septage receiving in 1992. Shortly after, facilities began asking for features that were similar to the SCADA packages that were being installed at the plant. In 1999, EleMech created PortALogic to automatically retrieve the data and communicate with the administrator's PC. PortALogic soon set the standard for the billing systems being offered today.

EleMech has continued to invest time and money to make PortALogic the industry leader. PortALogic has been installed for a variety of applications which include septage receiving, fats-oils-grease (FOG) receiving, bulk water dispensing, and more. PortALogic is created with the latest tools available for developing software. Our system is now compatible with Windows 7 and utilizes SQL database storage and easy interface screens to perform all necessary features. It is simple to learn and can be quickly implemented with little to no IT assistance.

We maintain a professional customer support staff. We continue to customize and create features that may be needed in the future or for a specific plant.
